Andy has offered to run a BSUK Coaching courses in March for those wanting to formalize their coaching skills. This will incur a cost payable to BSUK. Dates and times TBC

Club Registration Fees
It was agreed that the fees for this year would be reflected in the season dates March to July 2005 spread over approx 20 weeks.
Player Registration fees have been broken down as follows:

BBF AGM (26th Feb) and Youth Forum (30th Jan) Questions
AS and KS are attending the Youth Forum this Sunday and will report back to the committee on any rule changes etc.
Questions to be raised by BaseballMK:
- Pitch dimension changes?
- Flexible movement of Pitching Plate according to age?
- Drop 3rd strike rule do we agree or disagree?
- The enforcement of ID Cards?
- 3 pitch inning (6 for D/H) as apposed to 4 innings per game as recently suggested on Forum?
- Certificate of Reputable Clubs?
Order for Uniforms, Equipment and Hats
An order for 10 new larger tops for the Pony team will be made next month.
If anyone requires their own BaseballMK top, the individual cost is 33. Orders and money should be in to GS by 20th February 2005.
New Club caps will be handed out by the Team Managers at the first game of the season.
Some new equipment is required by both Teams and a list has been compiled by the Team Managers.
Knowlhill Update
GS reported the Council planning department are currently drawing up scale plans for the Diamond and Club House. These will be completed by mid February and sent to the costing department to tender for quotations. Following this the work
should begin on the site.
We are also going to utilize Knowlhill for spring training in March on Mondays.

Team names were deemed unnecessary due to the usage of the Club Name.

Co-opt 2 more voting members at large
The committee voted on Mandy Lee and Rob Hodgson as the two new co-opted members at large. Making the total voting committee members up to seven.
Co-opt remaining parent helpers for future projects
Craig Field has offered his help for future projects.
Logo and Website
The provisional club Logo has been agreed upon by the committee.
RH has provided the graphics. Thanks go to him for his hard work.
The website will now be transferred to RH’s care for this season. All information provided for the website must be seen and consented by the Committee via email prior to becoming live.
AS to inform Stuart Johnston and gain passwords etc. Thanks go to Stuart for his hard work on the Website this past year.
