Hurricanes beat Bulldogs again

England fans may have had a nervous weekend but not so fans of the Baseball MK Hurricanes, who cruised to any easy victory on Sunday against the Birmingham Bulldogs.

Hurricanes starting pitcher Andrew Larwill dominated hitters all day, striking out eleven during seven comfortable innings. He was ably supported by a Hurricanes hitting line up eager to make hay while the sun shined. There were contributions up and down the line up, with Eamonn Welsh hitting a towering home run, and four other players contributing with RBIs. The Hurricanes superiority was underlined by the fact that there were runs scored from every position in the line up.

The game was called after 7 innings, Baseball MK Hurricanes running away with a 21-5 victory, evening up their record at 2 wins and 2 loses.
